        Tilly wiped Neptune's eyes and nose with a sponge and brushed out his mane. As she combed his tail she couldn’t resist collecting the loose hairs. They were brown and white, because he was a skewbald, and she hadn’t made a bracelet out of two different colours yet. She didn’t know who she’d give it to, she just felt compelled to make it. "I'm really looking forward to going out on you, Neptune," she said, folding the tail-hairs into her pocket.
        Neptune stared at her with his kind, inquisitive eyes.
        "I hope it will be a ride to remember."
